Jeff Satur Escapes Into Dreamland With Brand-New Single “LUCID”
On June 22, Thai singer-songwriter and producer Jeff Satur dropped his latest single, “LUCID.” With versions in both Thai and English, the song talks about anticipating the end of a relationship and escaping into a dream state to reminisce about the happy moments before it’s considered over. “I know that nothing ever lasts even the good things / If we chase the past, we can only dream / But while it's still Lucid, I'll drown in," sings Satur in the bridge of the English version. With his dreamy vocals and the ambient instrumentation, the ballad evokes a feeling of nostalgia that transports listeners to a euphoric wonderland.

Over the years, Jeff Satur has established himself in the industry with his artistic prowess as a singer, producer, songwriter, and actor. A few of his popular releases include “Dum Dum,” "Fade," and more recently "Steal The Show" — a collaboration with Korean musician and DJ, SHAUN. Having garnered over 1,600,000 monthly listeners on Spotify alone, his latest release, "LUCID," is a testament to why the multi-talented singer is simply the best at what he does.

The music video for "LUCID" was released on the same day and features Thai actress Nene alongside Satur, who plays the Peter Pan-like love interest. The video follows the duo making the most of their time together in dreamland before disappearing into their own worlds by the crack of dawn. The mystical visuals are reminiscent of Peter Pan and Wendy in Neverland, as Satur is seen entering the room through a window. Towards the end of the video, Satur is adorned with flowers and greenery as he dozes off into a slumber, possibly leading to the "lucid dream" he sings about in the song. The music video’s description leaves viewers with an optimistic impression:
“I appear the clearest at night, but fade away at dawn. I only hope you remember the happiness we had even though I am unremembered.”
