Asia Star Festival: Celebrating the Popularity of Asian Music in Brazil
The vibrant and diverse culture of Asia has captivated a loyal legion of fans in Brazil, with influences of K-Pop, J-Pop, and other Asian music genres spreading rapidly. Recognizing this undeniable popularity, Highway Star, a renowned Brazilian production company, is proud to announce the Asia Star Festival. The event aims to celebrate the growing interaction between Brazilian fans and Asian artists, showcasing a captivating fusion of music, dance, and cultural experiences. The festival will take place at Espaco Unimed in São Paulo on July 7, 2023.
The Asia Star Festival will unite talented artists and enthusiastic fans from various Asian countries for an unforgettable musical event. The first edition of the festival will feature performances by six esteemed Asian music stars: Jeff Satur (Thailand), MIYAVI (Japan), Boy Story (China), 2Z, TRI.BE, and CLASS:y (South Korea).
The festival will be divided into two acts, each offering a unique musical experience. The first act, Star Dance, will feature remarkable choreographies from Boy Story, and the female K-Pop groups TRI.BE and CLASS:y. The second act, Star Play, will showcase artists with a distinct sound marked by percussion, strings, and other musical instruments, including the Korean pop-rock band 2Z, Thai multi-instrumentalist Jeff Satur, and Japanese rock legend MIYAVI. With over five hours of captivating performances, the festival promises to keep fans entertained throughout the evening.
In addition to electrifying musical performances, the Asia Star Festival will provide opportunities for fans to interact with their favorite artists. Following the concerts, fans can participate in two special events: the hi-touch, where they can greet each artist with a touch of hands, and the send-off, allowing them to bid farewell to the artist as they leave the venue.
Tickets for the festival are now available for purchase on the Eventim website, at the Espaco Unimed box office, and other Eventim points of sale. Prices start at R$320, with a social ticket option available for those who donate 1kg of dog and cat food to be delivered on the day of the show. All donations will be given to animal protection groups in São Paulo.
For fans seeking an exclusive experience, a Meet & Greet package will be available, allowing them to meet and take pictures with MIYAVI, the headlining artist of the night. The package includes a personal photo with MIYAVI, a collectible gift, and a chance to enter an exclusive draw for an autograph session with the Japanese rockstar. Tickets for the Meet & Greet are currently available for purchase.
