ARTMS Creates an Unforgettable Atmosphere in Los Angeles
ARTMS made an everlasting impression during their Moonshot World Tour in Los Angeles with a concert that fans will not soon forget. From the moment the VCR was introduced and the members lit up the screens, the crowd erupted in cheers, setting the tone for an evening filled with high-energy and emotional performances.
ARTMS, the multi-talented girl group under MODHAUS, is comprised of former LOONA members HaSeul, Heejin, Choerry, Kim Lip, and JinSoul, three of which (Choerry, Kim Lip, and JinSoul) are also in the sub-unit Odd Eye Circle, who re-debuted back in July 2023. ARTMS later made their debut in May 2024 with their first album <Dall> (Devine All Love & Live), which made waves in the K-Pop community for their innovative music and strong stage presence.
As the lights dimmed and the music filled the venue, ARTMS took the stage, greeting their fans with their electrifying performances of "Birth" and "The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy," which had fans singing to every lyric. The members then properly introduced themselves to the crowd and even expressed how Los Angeles has always felt like a second home to them, and they were thrilled to be back with their LA fans. Their excitement was contagious, and it set the stage for what would be an unforgettable show. Members Choerry, Kim Lip, and JinSoul also mentioned how it was great to be back in LA as they had previously visited the city for their Odd Eye Circle tour earlier this year.
Promising a night full of fun, ARTMS delivered with a setlist that had the crowd on their feet the whole night. Songs like "Distress" and the fan-favorite "Butterfly Effect" resonated throughout the venue, and each note met with cheers and applause that was truly unmatched.
As the girls briefly left the stage, a video began playing and offered fans a behind-the-scenes look at how ARTMS prepared for this tour. This exclusive footage provided an intimate glimpse into the hard work and dedication that goes into the moments leading up to the actual shows, which further deepened the connection between the group and their fans.
The night continued with special stages that showcased the talents of the members. Haseul took the spotlight first, performing "Plastic Candy" and later engaged the crowd by letting them choose snippets of songs for her to sing, including "One&Only" and "Hula Hoop." She also delivered a stirring performance of her debut song, "Let Me In," leaving the audience captivated. Heejin followed with a solo stage that highlighted her versatility. She began with a heartfelt guitar performance of "Girlfriend" by Avril Lavigne, before surprising the audience with a rock-infused English version of her song "Algorithm." The crowd’s enthusiasm only grew as the subunit Odd Eye Circle took the stage, delivering powerful renditions of "Je Ne Sais Quoi" and "Air Force One."
As the night progressed, all the members reunited on stage for a special cover of "Cruel Summer" by Taylor Swift, which had the crowd excited and singing along. Then, it was time for what the members called, "LOONA Time," a segment dedicated to performing beloved LOONA songs like "Stylish" and "Satellite," much to the delight of the fans.
Concluding the night, the members decided to perform songs that they knew would leave the audience both exhilarated and emotional, performing songs like "Candy Crush," "Unf/Air," and "Sparkle," before ARTMS closed the show with their latest title track, "Virtual Angel."
However, the fans weren’t ready to say goodbye just yet. As chants for an encore filled the air, the members returned to the stage to perform "Hi High," bringing the night to a joyous and satisfying end. The members once again thanked everyone for coming and spending the night with them. The members then let them know that ARTMS will be back with new music and performances that they hope their fans will love!
The Los Angeles stop on ARTMS’s tour was a testament to the group’s incredible talent, their bond with their fans, and the bright future that lies ahead for them. As the lights dimmed for the final time, it was clear that this night would be remembered by everyone in attendance, and ARTMS had once again proven why they are a force to be reckoned with in the K-Pop world.
